Documents that Home For You will prepare and provide:
All registration documents and licenses for Home For You ‘s real estate business;
All legal documents regarding the right of foreign nationals to purchase real estate in Turkey;
All documents related to the selected property, data on any encumbrances, liens or mortgage assets;
Turkish purchase and sale contract translated into your mother tongue;
When it comes to buying real estate in the secondary market, a full constituent documents of the construction company or data on the seller of real estate.
Documents that Home For You will help prepare with you:
Tax number : This process will only take you 10-15 minutes. Obtaining an Individual Tax Number requires your personal presence and the availability of your foreign passport.
Biometric photographs for documents : In Turkey, the owner’s photograph is placed on the title of the real estate and the photograph is pasted into the Cadastre Registry. We will need 2 more photos for the notary.
Translation of your foreign passport : The sworn translator will prepare a translation according to a standard form for the Land Registry Office and notarize it at the notary public.
Power of attorney: If you can’t find yourself when buying the deed, our company will do it for you. For this, a notarized power of attorney is required. The sworn translator will translate the written text of the power of attorney into your language for you. A notarized power of attorney will be required for real estate agent representatives to perform all the necessary procedures and processes to register the title deed in your name, to register water and electricity meters, and to connect to the internet and telephone.0
